33cl bottle into tulip. Lille.
Appearance: chestnut brown with hazy liquid. Good head with average retention.
Aroma: biscuits brown sugar, fruits, yeast.
Taste: sweeter not much else
Palate: medium body with thin texture. Good carbonation. Short finish
Overall: good flavor, but the taste is disappointing. Good to try, it’s still well made, but not incredible.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
From the bottle stamped 14:19-K85C13. It has an amber-orange tone to the pour with a long lasting off white head and a slight haze. The nose is of pale biscuit malts, pear, and a mild earthy hop character. Medium body. The taste comes across as more bitter than I might have expected from the milder more subtle aroma. Lingering finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
light sparkling dark orange/amber coloured beer with a light white head, fading medium. The aroma shows notes of fruit and floral ingredients. Medium fizzy fading fast offering a slick light velvet texture. Medium bodied beer with sweet floral notes and some notes of bitterness on the back of the palate. Finish is soft and medium long. Well balanced beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Shared a 33cl bottle from Cora (Luxembourg). Pours a copper orange colour with a thin lacing. Aroma is malty and cereal. Medium to high carbonation and creamy body. Flavour goes rapidly from bitter to sweet and ends bitter. Nice!

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Pours a medium brown clear with long last tan head and lace. Aroma is fresh bread, light banana, bubble gum, pear, a little baking spice. Flavor is similar with very sweet but not cloying malty backbone, boozy middle, and lightly spicy bitter end. The feel is lively and soft. Very nice and surprisingly big for a 7.5 ABV beer.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Oeh I like this deep dark amber bee named after the Monk who made the recipe. Nice big white head of foam. Tones of lightly roasted nuts, thin caramal sause, vanilla and some flowers. Very lovable with a not too high alc. perc.
