Beer pours a translucent reddish-brown colour. Not as dark as a dubbel or a quad, but close. Head is long lasting, tan coloured, and rocky. Aroma is sweet malt, yeast, mild fruit, and spices. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is Belgian yeast, wood, with dry, sweet, fruit hints. Not bad, but I was expecting more from a Trappist ale.

orange red haze short butter coloured creamy lacing head. Nose of spice, caramel, tropical fruit, a little malt vinegar, and traces of alcohol. Brown sugar sweet, and fruity sour. Lots of peppery carbonation. Banana, wheat, clove and pepper, Pleasant cheesiness in the background. Dry spicy finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden-amber with lasting creamy white head. Aroma is pear, raspberry, ripe banana, apricot, bread, caramel. Maybe a little oxidized too. Taste id moderate sweet medium bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Ends dry and with a minimal burn. Very easy to drink.

Aroma fruity, maybe bans and some other esters. Appearance is nice golden colour, but dark, almost an amber gold, normal head. Taste is slightly toffe flavour from roasted malts, esters from hops and yeast are not bad, maybe banana and some stone fruits, not much else. Palate not too much going on apart from standard mild bitterness. Overall, mediocre for a trappist beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle shared with McTapps. A classical belgian blonde with fine yeast in the nose and bit stronger carbo. Just a delicious beer with nothing special at it. Reccomandable.

Bottle bought in the Netherlands and shared with MichaelBruch. Deep golden-amber in colour with steady and creamy head. Taste of gentle and fine yeast, earthy leaves, breakfast cereals and sweet dough. Nice one but nothing overwhelming.

(750mL bottle from LCBO) Pours dark brownish-amber with a big creamy off-white head that left lots of lacing. Aroma sweet and malty with dried pit fruit, yeasty bread, spice. Flavour is pretty yeasty and grainy, but some dried apricots, spice, caramel malt sweetness. Booze hidden. Finishes a little spicy, and a bit bitter. Fairly light and easy-drinking Belgian with ample soft carbonation.

Faint aroma, but I’m a bit plugged up. Caramel peach colour with creamy head and beautiful lacing. Tastes of apricot, peaches, and vanilla. I love this beer.

Dark peach colour with foamy white head. Aroma of dried fruit, bananas, bubblegum, bread, malts. Taste is sweet dried fruit, pepper, citrus. Nice.
