Flaske 0,33l fra Eide Handel, Kvaløysletta. Drukket hjemme 21 Nov 11. Lys gylden. Litt uklar. Høyt luftig skum som varer lenge og klistrer seg til glasset. Aroma med litt krydder og melon. Smaken er krydret. Undertone av mørk frukt. Litt tung. Brukbar fylde. Myk munnfølelse. Ettersmaken er syrlig bitter. Mye partikler følger med over i glasset ved siste kvelling. Positiv overraskelse å finne denne i butikkhyllene. KI=6. Utropstegn ved butikken den ble funnet. Her har det skjedd en kraftig oppgradering av ølutvalget. Aspirerer til "Places". Vi får følge med om dette er ett blaff før jul eller at det blir permanent.

Tap at Falernum, Cph: Light golden, clear beer with a foamy white head. Fruity, slightly grounded aroma with notes of fresh green hops, citrus, yeast and wheat bread. The taste is dry with medium bitterness. Medium dry almost astringent finish. Light body, watery texture, soft carbonering. Very crisp.

Bottle, 4.7%. Good citric aroma, slightly bretty with a lagery smell under it. Almost clear yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is quite malty to begin with, then there is a distinct hop note and a yeasty note. Not the fat Belgian kind of yeast, more like baking yeast. Tastes like a higher ABV.

Bottle from a small shop in Assisi. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aromas of citrus and yeast/spice. Med body. Flavor is mild fruit and a fair amount of hop. Arguably some sort of citrus - like those lumpy green fruits on the label.
