Bottle. Pours pale gold, hazy and with soft white head, quickly disappearing. Sweet yeasty aroma, with floral hops. Fresh taste, characterized by yeast but with the dry final of an hoppy ale. Body il quite light, average to high carbonation.

Aroma has touches of lemon, grass, herbs and spices. The taste is "grainy" and super-dry. There is also some small hints from yeast and a monks undergarment... It’s not the best trappist ale out there, far from it, but extra points for the organic thinking.

UPDATED: NOV 27, 2014 330ml bottle served in my La Trappe chalice. A: Pours a pale and bit cloudy yellow colour forming a small bubbled white head. Low retention but with a thin layer that lasts for long time. Some few lacing left S: Nice aromas of flowery hops. Belgian Trapping style yeasts. A bit malty and spicy too (notes of orange zest) T: Follows the nose. Slightly sweet malts upfront. Strong notes of flowery and bit citrus hops. Belgian yeasts giving some bread notes. Orange zest. In overall, a dry taste, a watery body and a reasonable bitterness M: Very light and watery body with low carbonation. Aftertaste is mainly flowery hops bitterness O: Very smooth and light beer. Quite good drinkability. Recommended [ BA Review @ 10/6/2012 ]
