UPDATED: NOV 27, 2014 330ml bottle served in my La Trappe chalice. A: Pours a pale and bit cloudy yellow colour forming a small bubbled white head. Low retention but with a thin layer that lasts for long time. Some few lacing left S: Nice aromas of flowery hops. Belgian Trapping style yeasts. A bit malty and spicy too (notes of orange zest) T: Follows the nose. Slightly sweet malts upfront. Strong notes of flowery and bit citrus hops. Belgian yeasts giving some bread notes. Orange zest. In overall, a dry taste, a watery body and a reasonable bitterness M: Very light and watery body with low carbonation. Aftertaste is mainly flowery hops bitterness O: Very smooth and light beer. Quite good drinkability. Recommended [ BA Review @ 10/6/2012 ]

Riktigt ljus öl, kritvitt skum. Doft av vete, jäst, gräs. Fräsch doft överlag. Extremt lättdrucken öl med fräscha enkla smaker. Svag jämfört med en klassisk trappist men jag gillar den. Flaska ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This "bio" Trappist pours a pale hazy orange with a minimal white head. It has the aroma of hay, wheat, dough and green/yellow fruits. It tastes light sweet with a light bitter finish. Light body and thin texture. A decent and refreshing "organic" beer.

En trivsam upplevelse. En del klassisk trappist, en del lager. På det hela taget en mild och läskande öl

Pours a clear pale yellow with a fairly large frothy white head. Aromas of rye bread, citrus, orange peel, slight mineral and asphalt notes. Taste is citrus, orange, rye bread, and some mineral tones. Mouthfeel is quite light. A bit too bland and uninspiring.

Bottle from a Maksimarket near Rakvere, Sept 2014. BB Aug 2014 - should’ve checked the date, how are they even allowed to sell this? Pours a hazy, pale orange (a bit like pear juice) with very little, off-white foam. A lot of big floaties in the bottle. Nose is Belgian yeast, dough, some vague spiciness, compote apples, hay... At first it tastes surprisingly fresh, but overall very malty and grainy, some wine-like acidity going on there; finish is dry. A rather clean taste, complimented by an active, crisp carbonation, and light to medium body. Overall okay, an easy-drinker, but forgettable. Will one day try a more fresh bottle, see if it’s better somehow.
