Dark yellow colored, cloudy appearance. Little white head. Hopped-grassy aroma with lemon and thin yeast, good and fresh one. Medium bodied. Flavor is more fruity, still bitter grass dominating and lasting in aftertaste. I like this, well balanced.

Beer made with BIO bla bla bla dunno what they used but it tastes like nothing. No really, even the foam is bitter like hell, and is just a beer to drink frozen when you need something very light.

On tap at Belmont Station. This was listed on the menu as a kolsch and sure sees kolsch like to me. Colour...slightly hazy straw gold with a thick white head. Nose...lightly floral and brightly citrusy with yeasty notes and fragrant hops. Palate...clean, brisk and lively with zippy hops and a few grainy notes. The mid palate is dry and bright and the finish is lightly sharp and loaded with jasmine tea and wheat.

La bière PUUR de La Trappe est une bière Trappiste légère, fraîche en houblon qu’on peut boire à l’infini. Pour le brassage de cette bière ne sont utilisés que des ingrédients biologiques de qualité supérieure.

A bit disapointing from these guys but a very easy to drink light belgian at the end of the day. Nothing huge going on here, but nothing wrong. If all light north american beer was like this it woukd be awesome. Golden pour. Hint of florals. Soft carbonation. Light tangy and otherwise empty finish. Tap at pizza paradiso.

Pale straw blonde with a medium had. Not much carbonation, bit creamy. Slightly more hoppy than a regular ale, finish is dry and mineral. Not bad but still watery

Bottle at home. Clear golden colour, white foamy head. Standard lager imo, grainy, nothing more but decent. Medium carbonation, medium body.

UPDATED: APR 16, 2016 surprisingly good if taken for what it is, a light, easy to drink beer rather than another heavy complex trappist beer. The taste is pleasant for a light beer trying to achieve a deep taste, lots of sparkliness, fresh citrus, but ultimately too sweet once you drink more, so fails in that respect. Trying a bit too hard to be middle of the road. The malts get annoyingly stringent after a while. But judged as basically an upgraded pils beer, really good. If it wasnt this surprisingly complex for a light beer, the negative points couldnt be noted in the first place.
