COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Oak Aged Quadrupel Batch #15 85% Oloroso 15% New Oak Aged for two years on Oloroso Sherr barrels.

Bottle 375 ml at home, c&c, poured into a tulip glass. ABV 10% Dark amber red, small off-white head, thin with okay retention. with minimal lacing. Again tiny pieces of yeast floating around. Sweet aroma, the alcohol notable, honey, vanillla, wine, wood. Taste is also sweet and a bit boozy, sherry notes, alcohol, red grapes, light vanilla. Medium thin body, average carbonation, warming feeling from the alcohol, a bit sticky on the palate. Another very good one on the series.

Bottle from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours clear dark amber with a beige head. The aroma is so non-dry sherry. Med body or better. Quite carbonated for a change. Flavor is light treacle with sweet sherry aspects. There’s bitter woodiness in the finish. Amazing.

Bottled. Pours clear, amber with a medium sized, off-white head. Aroma of driedfruit, caramel, citrus, vanilla, wood and yeaty notes. Sweet flavor that end up more dry with alcohol notes. Medium to full bodied, oilt texture and soft carbonation. A very nice Quad.
