Bottle from Healthy Spirits. Pours murky brown with no head and a wine and molasses aroma. There is a toasty dark molasses flavor (a bit oxidized)with a sort of sweet and dry oak finish.

Bottle at Carsten. Clear reddish with some sediments. Aroma heavy malty (dark fruit, woody, vanilla), light acidic. Flavor medium to heavy sweet, fruity, acidic, barrel). Full body, soft and smooth, fantastic. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle I took to Max’s for his birthday celebration. Pours a hazed amber brown with a medium sized tan head. Big sweet caramel, oak, soft toffee, a bit of banana and sweet malt. Medium-bodied, sweet with some big caramel. Some sweet caramel and a bit of chocolate. Warm and smooth, nice oak touches on the finish.

On tap @ ’t Klooster (said 2011 white wine, so either batch # 5 or 6). Hazy amber to red with a small white head. Sweet floral aroma of malts. Very sweet taste, some white wine and booze, but mostly just sweet. Too sweet for me. Looking at the other ratings, I should probably try the bottle.
