purchased at red apple in bremerton, washington.
pours a dark orange, lots of carbination, large creamy, off-white head, good lacing.
smell is of dark fruit, caramel, light malt, touch of spice.
taste is of prunes, cherry, very strong alcohol.

bottle, pours reddish brown. big foamy head. strangely vibrant red. lots of fizz. nose is big malt bread, yeast, some candy sugars. taste is thick and creamy with lots of alcohol warming strange floral chocolate double cream liquourice. extremely complex. maybe too fluffy on the palate. raisins.

Bottle. An overall solid Quadruple ale. It’s dark amber/orange in color with a typical light brown foamy head. Smells of dark fruit, caramel, sweet malts, yeast, and alcohol. Flavor is sweet with milt bitterness. Very smooth and medium to full bodied. A very enjoyable brew.

Dark amber pour. Malt with dark fruits on the nose. Very sweet with some mild bittterness at the end. Very smooth but that is expect with most belgian style ales. Nice beer, very warming and extremely enjoyable. Would love to drink again when I am sober.

Bottled. Pours a deep vibrant orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet belgian yeast with some fairly strong alcohol notes. Flavor is sweet dark fruits with belgian yeast. Smooth and fruity with a warming finish.

fruits in the aroma. clear orange with huge fine head. fruits and herbs , honey. great sweet taste. alc. well hidden. palate supergreat - mathces the taste.

Appearance: Orangy brown. Sunburnt orange. Quite a lot of head, shortlived. Aroma: Very fruity. Orange. Taste: Pretty fruity, bitter, but not too much. Orange, fizzy, fresh. Info: 330ml bottle, 12/5-2006, 64/500

Bottle. A quad to rap your head around. A very smooth talker indeed. High octane and full of life, this quadruple will succeed with age.
