COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The strongest of the special beers. Its flavor is full, mild and pleasantly bitter. Quadrupel is presently available in the autumn, is bottled by the year and is perfect company for those long winter evenings.

On tap in "La casa the la cerveza" in Madrid. Hazy brown colour with a nice creamy head. Aroma consists of caramel, some tropical fruits maybe, some candy sugar and belgiam yeast. Flavour also brings along oak, wood and a more presant caramel taste. It has good a bit sharp mouthfeel at first, but then it smoothens up soft, suiting carbonation. The alcohol is not notable in the aroma nor the flavour. I can sense some bitterness in the aftertaste, really good. Overall a top scoring beer in my opinion.

Poured from a bottle into a trappist glass, it is a nice reddish brown in color, nice velvety head, the aroma is very nice fruity with possible fig, raisin, caramel, feels very smooth feel of the carbonation. Nice warmth of alcohol it really is a pleasure to drink. A really wonderful beer.

Pours light brown with large bubble head. Flavors of bananas, vanilla, bread, ginger with healthy alcohol warmth on the back end. Good, but not my favorite Trappist.

Bottle, rated from backlog. Dark amber with orange-beige head. Aroma and taste: dark fruit, malt, caramel with light hops in finish. Really nice quad

Some sediment present inside of a red amber colour. Muted aroma but there is some belgian esters, bannana peel and malts. Boozy beer with a yeasty and banana flavour profile but I find this one this, especially for the style.

Pours a copper beer with a not very long lasting white head. Smells pretty good. Sweet tones. Taste starts a bit to sweet for me but changes into something better. Don’t like the texture and the carbo.

Pours dark copper, brown colour with off white head. Aroma has some sweetness in it, caramel, dar fruits. Taste is the same, taste of bread also. Medium carbonation, well balanced.

Trinity Hall - Not bad. Definitely something you take your time with. Very strong. Not for amateurs.

750ml bottle. Dark amber pour with lots of suspended particles. A lot of yeast esters and deep sweet maltiness. The palate has lots of stewed fruit and the yeast still plays a big part in the flavour profile. Finishes slightly warm.
