"A special and strong Trappist ale. The use of coriander gives it a spicy character. Golden in colour with a fruity, bittersweet taste.
Ingredients: Water; Barley malt; Hops; Yeast; Coriander

33cl bottle. Pours an orangey-brown colour with a nice head which lasts for a while. Enticing, spicy, orange cream on the nose. On the taste, there are more oranges and a spicy, tangy, dried fruit finish. The palate is rich but it cleans quite well and overall this is a really enjoyable beer.

33 cl bottle. Lightly hazed amber body topped by medium beige head that mostly dissipates. Aroma is moderately sweet, candy sugar, pear, some orange, alcohol, light herb, raisin. Taste is moderately sweet, peach, pear. orange, some alcohol/plastic, herb, light caramel. Soft, medium-full body, light stickiness.

fizzy large white head. excellent lacing. mostly lasting. flat thick dark orange body. aroma heavy malty, caramel, light hoppy, flowers, orange, cask wood, alcohol, vanilla. if: moderate sweet light bitter. ff: moderate sweet and bitter; long duration. palate: light medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation and metallic finish. delicioso dulçor inicial lembrando laranja, amargor balanceia o dulçor no final, não a deixando enjoativa, sendo esse, em minha opinião, seu principal trunfo, é uma tripel frutada, esconde bem o teor alcoólico, 200 s

Bottle looks simple, but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, small head. Alcoholic-dry aroma. Starts hoppy and dry, a bit woody, then more and more sourish. Finish a bit moldy, some fruity notes of peach. Aftertaste warming, a bit alcoholic. Nice!

bottle@home: bright orange/amber, almost peach coloured, 1 finger head, bit hazy but not overtly so, smells a bit sweet, fruit, citrus & hops, taste is a bit heavy on bitter hops, floral & honey, bit lacking on other things, there is some yeast in there as well as some spices & slight hint of something fruity like apple or citrus,... light bodied, lots of carbonation, bit bubbly, not bad but not all that impressive either

Bevuta in bottiglia. Ambrata, quasi limpida, con buona schiuma. Aroma dolciastro di malto con note acidule, molto speziato. In bocca delicata e ben bilanciata, con lieve amaro nel finale. Buona.

Poured into a snifter. This tripel pours an amber color with more of an orange hue. Bright white head, with nice retention of about a quarter of an inch, which leads to nice lacing. Aromas of bananas, clove, nutmeg, honey and high alcohol esters. Taste is rather similar to the aromas but with some others thrown in there, bananas, raisins, clove and nutmeg are the leads. No hoppy characteristics at all. Mouthfeel is smooth and clean, very mellow as well, with a mild carbonation level. I prefer other tripels but this is very nice, and drinkable. Definitely worth a try.
