"A special and strong Trappist ale. The use of coriander gives it a spicy character. Golden in colour with a fruity, bittersweet taste.
Ingredients: Water; Barley malt; Hops; Yeast; Coriander

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2012 Bottle, 33 oz: Deep golden almost clear beer with a white head. Fruity inviting aroma. Notes of yeast, citrus, exotic fruits. Taste is sweet peach-like with earthy notes, hints of yeast and a light bitterness. Long fruity sweet-sour-bitter finish. Easily drinkable, not the most complex triple, I’ve had.

Fresh citrus fruit and hints of hazelnut, aftertaste nice. Aroma is a bit of pineapple, but in general pretty basic. Good white head though.

Very much liked this beer even though I’m not a huge fan of these styles. Despite reading about its "spicy" character I didn’t taste much spiciness. Just very tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Csakajosor.hu. Poured hazy, with an amber-orange color and a lively, tall, lacing tan foam. Strong coriander, honey, grapes, cinnamon, melon, and hints of vinegar in the nose. Caramel, peach, yeast, and candy sugar in the aroma. Medium dense with lots of carbonation. Sweet, yeasty taste with caramel sweet aftertaste. All the sweetness hides the alcohol well. Very nice one.

One of the best Trappist beers ever. The aromas and flavors are so strong that you can’t love it. Great winter beer.

Fruity/bready aroma. Can taste the alcohol quite a bit in this one, and a bit syrupy. Not bad though, definitely an above average tripel.
