"A special and strong Trappist ale. The use of coriander gives it a spicy character. Golden in colour with a fruity, bittersweet taste.
Ingredients: Water; Barley malt; Hops; Yeast; Coriander

Orange yellow colour, frothy white head. Aroma of malt, fruity yeast, banana and spices. Sweet malty flavour, fruity tones, light hops and light banana. Hoppy, light bitter finish.

33cl bottle. Orang copper with medium head that disipates into foam stains. Nose : Vanilia cake with alcohol. Pear and a hint of cherry. Sip : Fluffy body with slight carbonation. Sweet with more prenounced cherry notes. Dry fruity liquor feeling on the beginning follows with vanila and ends with a little bitterness. Not bad tripple that gives me an idea what would be the quedrupel like. I hope for a surprise though.

Very good stong beer. Strong without being too agressive. Pours a nice orange hazy colour with a beautiful thick white head.

Very yeasty aroma, so typical for many Belgian styles. Appearance: amber, slightly cloudy, the head doesn’t stay that long. The taste is what can be appreciated, I don’t like the belgian styles, the yeasty-taste, but it’s not that sweet, not that bitter. Mediocre. Palate: medium body, soft carbonation, very abrupt finish, very dry, the aftertaste is the best of this beer Dry, good finish, slightly hoppy, beautiful! Overall: A good beer but just not my style!

bionda belga molto profumata al naso con sentori speziati e fruttati che ritrovi al gusto; albicocca. molto pulita rotonda e persistente.non è la mia birra ma è un ottimo prodotto.

This beer is somewhat surprising. The aroma is almost underwhelming, smelling of grain and a hint of booze. However when you taste this it livens up quite nicely, tasting of sweet fruits with an almost hay malt with booze hitting my palate in the middle with a nutty finish. All the notes are very lively due to the carbonation. Tripels aren’t usually my favorite style of abbey ale’s, however this is most likely the best tripel i’ve had to this point. Very solidly brewed beer.

Floral scents, floral nose with the alcohol taste. Less bitterness than other triples, but I prefer it to La Trappe’s quad for the lack of sweetness. A great full bodied taste. 750ml bottle in Toronto
