This beer is a mostly clear orange-amber color with a medium thick off-white head that dissipates slowly. Thin spotty rings of lacing. The aroma contains yeast, malt, sour fruit and light spices. Medium-bodied with a nice spice/yeast character. Flavors of tart fruit, candi sugar, peppery spices and yeast are all present. The finish is fruity and yeasty and leaves a mild herbal hops aftertaste. This beer is enjoyable from start to finish.

bière blonde ambrée assez foncé et trouble, la mousse blanche est très diffuse et disparait rapidement, nez sucré, malté, épicé, assez invitant. bouche piquante, épicée, petit goût d’alcool, bonne bière de type tripel, mais moins bonne que la maredsous 10.

Bottle. Golden amber with large white head. Fruit in the aroma, apple and some notes of alcohol. Sweet, almost some honey. Caramel and some spices? A nice tripel :-)

Pours a golden amber wih a thin foamy white head. Fruity aroma consisting of cherries, apple, honey, innamon and alcohol. Sweet tasting with hints of cheries, honey, apple, pear, maltiness and alcohol. A nice balance of sweetness, maltiness and alcohol with a slighlty bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. pours an orangy yellow with a small white head and a fruity smell with hints of cinnamon. taste is sweet, ripe fruits, caramel, spices, something roasted and honey. Finish is nice, spicey and a some bitterness. A good Dutch tripel

Bottle @ Stone World Bistro in Escondido. Color was a rusty orange with a thin off white head that vanished quikly. Nose was very fruity with some banana, nutmeg and clove spices. Beer was very fruity in taste and had a bittersweet finish.

750ml bottle. I had to use a corkscrew to get the cork out. It would not budge othewiser. Poured into a very large brandy snifter. Color was a nice translucent light carmel color. Not much of a head. Smells of banana and malt. heavy malty flavor and sticky feel on the palate. Im pretty buzzed from just half the bottle, but surprisingly the alcohol taste is not strong. Pretty good stuff.
