"A special and strong Trappist ale. The use of coriander gives it a spicy character. Golden in colour with a fruity, bittersweet taste.
Ingredients: Water; Barley malt; Hops; Yeast; Coriander

Orange amber coloured beer. Nice aroma and palate. Finish a little bitter. Good one.

Unaufdringlicher fruchtiger Geruch. Test vom 6.3.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche

My last beer of the 2K3 blizzard. Small head, golden copper color, banana aroma and (yeast) flavor. Nice beer to have after shovelling 20" of snow for an hour and a half.

Dark amber with yeast swirls and small, tan head. Dark for a triple. Rich, malty and yeasty aroma with pungent fruits and a bit of roastiness, also. Same flavor with a touch of hops and alcohol in the finish. Full, balanced body. Dry, roasty, yeasty aftertaste. Solid brew, but nothing to get excited about.

A very complex flavor. Well worth the premium price.

Pours a hazy orange with diminishing head. Sweet caramel aroma and also underlying fruity notes. Flavour is caramel, dark fruit (plums and raisins) and orange. Medium bodied and sweet, alcoholic finish.

Bottle. Moderate aromas all around, with grain and caramel for the malt, orange for the hops, dough for the yeast, and background notes of raisin, peach, chardonnay wine, brown sugar, and somehow a hint of the seashore. Head is average size, fizzy, off-white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy orange/tan with a thick amount if medium sized particles. Flavor starts moderately sweet and acidic, then finishes moderately acidic and lightly bitter. Palate is on the fuller side of medium, oily and has a lively carbonation. Filled with a huge array of aromas, and a perfect balance between all of the constitiuents of this Tripel makes this one of the best I’ve tried.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2007 Bottled 0,75L [Dominus Triple].
Compact and creamy head, optimal resistance. Nice intense orange, copper color with clear glares; much fraught and hazy with discreet fizz. Rich and alcoholic scent, many pleasant notes of plum, stum, ferment and withered grape. Violent, round, extremely alcoholic and liqueury taste with determined and sweet body.
