La Trappe Tripel’s aroma is slightly malty and estery. Despite its full, rich flavour, this out-of-the-ordinary ale still has a light and dry aftertaste with a touch of bitter finesse.
Ingredients: Water; Barley malt; Hops; Yeast. 17.5°

Beautiful Trappist beer. I think La Trappe has beaten Rochefort as my favorite. Went to the brewery today, so much atmosphere. Back to the beer. Beautiful clear golden/orange. There isn’t much foam, after a few minutes a thin cover of soft foam covers the beer. The flavor is divine. Little sweet in balance with a little bitterness and a touch of sour. The beer is quite sparkly. The aftertaste is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The delicious aroma’s stay in your mouth for minutes.

Cloudy golden amber showing greenish shades. Abundant ivory head. High aromatic intensity: pastry, banana, liquorice, coriander, white flowers, greek yogurt. Powerful, with a sweet touch in its first approach. Fresh, with umami notes on the tongue. Balanced, well developed bitterness. A very elegant beer.

Simply The Best. I sentori fruttati all’olfatto trovano giusto riscontro nel sapore nonostante il forte sentore alcolico

Tap @ Bier Markt - Absolutely incredible. Deep color, rich slightly sweet taste with notes of fruit, particularly bananas. Smooth and easy to drink despite the strength. Would have given it a perfect rating except I had their Quadruppel immediately after and it was even better ;)

A very nice beer, with a taste of fruit (nuts), round i the taste, and a soft feeling in the mouth while drinking it.

Nice amber-orange color.Aroma is quite complex (banana, bubble gum first come to mind).Flavor starts with lots of fruits (banana, peach, orange) with the yeast, coriander and clovy taste showing at the end.Very well-balanced and enjoyable.
