Nice Tripel, Not too cloudy in the pour, light head, medium color of orange. The aroma and flavor were dominated by a sour apple. Not a bad beer though, i enjoyed it and was glad to find it

Mély,opálos mahagóni színű ital,vékony gyorsan elillanó habbal.Illata fűszeres,élesztős,selymes.Íze aszalt barackos,kellemesen csípős,ott a komló is ami rafináltan keserédessé teszi,ami az utóízben is hosszan kitart.Szép kerek teste van és az alkohol is melegít benne csendesen.Nem minden napi ital nem hétköznapokra.

A beautiful tripel that I managed to get on tap at CRAFT in Calgary. The pour is a bright cloudy golden yellow with a thick finger of creamy off white head. The aroma is spicy with tons of light fruity esters of green grapes, lemon and apricot. The middle is fruity with a predominant spice of coriander and cloves. The 8% alcohol is noticeable on the finish moderately. The body is full and coats the mouth well with a good amount of sparkling carbonation. Overall, a great triple and comparable to Chimay White and such others.

Bouteille de 33cl. Une jolie couleur de miel, trouble, une mousse résiduelle persistante. Une belle sensation en bouche avec de fines et nombreuses bulles. Vraiment bien équilibrée, ni trop sucrée, ni trop amčre. Trouvée ŕ Vanuxeem - Ploegstaert.

One of the best Trappist beers ever.
The aromas and flavors are so strong that you can’t love it.

Floral scents, floral nose with the alcohol taste. Less bitterness than other triples, but I prefer it to La Trappe’s quad for the lack of sweetness. A great full bodied taste. 750ml bottle in Toronto

Eccellente birra di chiaro "scuro", quasi ambrato. Il gusto delicato e allo stesso tempo saporito nasconde abbastanza bene i sentori alcolici. Cio che mi ha colpito di piu č stata la schiuma, che con una grana estremamente fine, addirittura vellutata separa la nostra birra dall esterno dall’inizio alla fine. Un’altra cosa di cui tener conto sono i gradi alcolici, che trasmettono un piacevolissimo leggerol "stordimento" verso la fine.
Resoconto: Eccezionale.

Hazy amber, good carbonation, coriander, banana, caramel, hops, all in good balance, great aftertaste, excelent beer.
