"A special and strong Trappist ale. The use of coriander gives it a spicy character. Golden in colour with a fruity, bittersweet taste.
Ingredients: Water; Barley malt; Hops; Yeast; Coriander

Not a bad tasting triple. Aroma of fruit that comes off quite sweet, no hops. Malty sweet, fruity, alcohol is there at the end.

from bottle. amber in color. highly carbonated. some good flavors of nut, straw and toffee, but generally masked by strong alcohol taste. An 8% tripel where all 8% can be tasted.

Poured with a stark white head that dissipated quickly. The flat appearnace, withmuddy element was interesting, yet not completely to style. The aroma was potent and yeasty, with a cantaloupe freshness to it. As fresh as the aroma was, the taste did not match in crispness. The bottle may be newer, and the carbonation and conditioning are not fully realized. All things considered, this beer is oh-so-easy to swallow, and can hit harder than it might appear. I sensed none of the 8%, just pale malt, yeast and mild. Good, but not great. I can't see the ratings on ths one varying too much.

Bottle - 330ml. Hazy amber body with average carbonation and a thin off-white foamy head. Very enjoyable malty/hoppy aroma with various fruity hints. Its hoppy taste is well balanced and carries sweet, plummy, and oaky notes. It ends with a long and warming bittersweet finish. Good Tripel.

Bottle at Chaucer’s Pub- Pours a hazed yellowy orange with a huge froth of white foam. Very fruity and yeasty aroma. Lots of apple and pear, white grapes and spicy rose petal. Sweet but almost tart apple and pear flavour profile with spicy yeast, fresh white bread crust and bittering hops to balance. Quite smooth and drinkable given the ABV. I liked it!

Bottle. Slight fruity, orange/banana like nose. Taste is very fruity-apple, strawberry, banana, and lots of orange notes. Very soft and drinkable. Slight bitter on the backend, but barley noticeable.

Esta es una muy buena cerveza. Es una cerveza oscura, un cierto sabor agridulce y afrutado.

Rich orangey-brown with a thin but lasting creamy tan head. Nice aroma of sweet malts and orange-citrus and alcohol and bananas with some spice. Too carbonated on the tongue to begin but I like the malts in the flavour. A little thin in the mouthfeel but lingers nicely.
