"A special and strong Trappist ale. The use of coriander gives it a spicy character. Golden in colour with a fruity, bittersweet taste.
Ingredients: Water; Barley malt; Hops; Yeast; Coriander

Golden cloudy poor, nice thick head. Plenty of carbonation. Slight yeast aroma. Somewhat soapy, but not too strong. Easy to drink. Nice fresh bread like taste. Has more of a Belgian feel to it than a Dutch feel. Very enjoyable. Pleasant fruity, fresh ale taste. Despite the 8% alc content, the level is not pronounced in the flavor.

Enjoyed this as Koningshoeven. Wounderful sweet fruity aroma with a dark orange color. Strong, spicey pear & honey flavor with a nice alcohol back drop. Warming and rich.

Bottle 330ml. Dark Ambar color, nice tan foamy, aroma is sweety and flavor is refreshing and a little sweety and notes of hops in there. Mouthfeel is sweety.

Bottle at beerpassie as Dominus Blond. Had it also already from draft. A good and refreshing tripple. Full bodied and a nice trapist

33cl. Light golden pour and off-white head. Fruity, sweet, slight wheat and citrus. I think I prefer the dubbels to the tripels in general, but this isn’t a bad beer by any means, as the 3.7 suggests.

weighted golden with thick, unmoving bright white head. carbonation is the only thing stirring up the suspended goodness in the glass. aromas of orange and dry malt, but faint. sweet maple syrup, orange blossom base, soft herbal floral hop notes and everything blends to a tropical finish.

Pours Dark golden with a small head. Plenty of malt in the aroma. The flavor has sweetness and alcohol with a bit of fruit. Light body.

Pours a nice amber color with moderate, but quickly dissipating head. Aroma is not real strong but is very sweet (almost like those candy circus peanuts we ate as kids) and some floral notes. Flavor is not quite as sweet, but still very fruity, with notes of banana and yeast. Medium boded and a dry finish that hides the alcohol well. A solid beer, but not the best tripel out there.
