The set of bottles I got hold of were coming up to the best before date, and so had the benefit of maturity on their side. The coriander in it had mellowed to the effect that it worked in nicely with the wild yeasts giving it a spicy, orange flavour that lasted from scent to dregs. I would go back for another of these beers a hundred times if I could.

Of course is missing a real procedure to be a real flamish abbey beer... too industrial. Please I accept comments. Salud ! wekker84 (85), etten-leur, Netherlands

Aroma is yeasty esters and fruity ones. Flavor is slightly salty at first and in the finish. Notes of peach, apricot and figs. Pretty good. dEnk (50), Den Haag, Netherlands

| 4.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jan 2, 2010 Flaska 8 grader, Provdatum: 2009-08-19

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 18, 2009 A tough doughy; blonde coloured tappist beer. Probably one of the weakest trappist beers. Can detect hay and banana and cineman. The mouth feel is plesant but I expected better.
