COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The world’s first and only Trappist white ale that continues to ferment slightly after bottling. Brewed using only water, wheat, and hops. No herbs are added. Saphir hops give the ale its citrusy aroma. A real thirst-quencher on a hot summer’s day that also makes for a delicious drink at any other time of the year.

Red in colour with a light ten, fairly thick head. Strong slightly fruity scent. Very subtle alcohol taste mixed with a slightly fruity taste. Fruit taste rises with the aftertaste. At least 5 distinct flavors from mouth to aftertaste. Nothing too strong or overpowering. Bizzare grainy lacing.

Wow, this was really good. Wonderfully tangy witbier with a considerable foam and lees. It will definitely be some more of Witte Trappist.

Cloudy yellow pour with a thick white head. Aroma of wheat, bright citrus, and some honey. Crisp sweet flavor with some nice orange, and corriander notes. A very refreshing beer, one of the best of it’s style that i’ve had.

Aroma is fabulous and inviting: fresh and perky with fruits. Slightly coriander. Hazy straw yellow with quite dense head which is long. Taste has excotic fruits and citrus, coriander, little pepper. Light and fresh, bit sourness, fizzy carbonation. Overall everything nicely in correct places and in good balance: good flavors, nice nuances. One to enjoy.

As La trappe-witte bottle, light yellow color. inviting, light sour taste, medium body and incredibly refreshing. one of the best choice to my palate during hot summer nights
