Tra le meno entusiasmanti, una birra un bel po’ dolciona, pastosa e pasticciosa. Non male ma la correggerebbi

(750ml bottle) Pours a hazy golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of apricot, peach, cookie dough, and coriander. Flavor of yeast, apricot, herbs, and caramel with a dry, moderately bitter finish.

Non mi è dispiaciuta, molto aromatica al naso, profumo di selvatico e in bocca scorre bene, non impegnativa ma piacevole.

Al Villaggio della Birra 2011 di Bibbiano; una birra non troppo convincente

Bouteille @ Festival brassicole de Tournai. Dorée avec un léger trouble et qcq sédiments, col blanc. Arôme est fruité venant du houblon type cascade qui donne un léger côté citronné/agrumes. En bouche, une bière blonde dans la tradition belge mais avec l’usage de houblon américain qui donne à cette dernière une superbe dimension en bouche. Note fruitée de citron mais qui rappelle aussi la feuille de thé vert allant vers un profile que je trouve IPAesque. Note légère de sucre pour une bière qui est agréable à déguster. Malt reste présent rajoutant un peu à cette fine amertume.

Tap@Delirium. Citrus aroma. Yellow colour, off-white head, hazy, good lace. Light sweet, nice bitterness, hoppy, light fruity. Flavourful, balanced and easy going.

75cl. Bottle. The aroma has citrus and some cardemom. Hazy, golden-orange coloured beer with an off-white head. The taste is malty, spicy with some yeast and citrus. Medium bodied.

Bottle at market on Place Luxembourg with Edward. Orange body with small head. Nose is of caramel and malts. Quite spicy and peppery in nose and taste. Texture is oily. Quite nice.

75 cL botle. Pours hazy orange with a frothy and lacing white head. Aroma is mild fruity, phenolic and spiced. Mild fruity, subdued sweetness and caramelish flavoured. Phenolic and light fruity finish.

. Pours a nice Medium golden yellow color. Minimal fizzy white head, lasted maybe a minute or two. Aromas of light spices, a touch of brown sugar, and something vegetal.
