On tap. Pours pitch black with beautiful head. Aroma: a lot is going on - herbs, dark fruit, dried fruit, pleasant boozy-truffle aroma. Taste: dark fruit, some wild elements and a pleasant warming in the palate. Good one, but was served far too cold.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
It is by far the best "Trouffette". Lots of things going on in the aroma ; among dried fruits, chocolate, coca cola like herbal and caramel notes and typical for this brewery funky wood and juniper like dry background. The flavor is rich but this beer is really easy to drink and to get wasted with couse the alcohol is really well hidden. I enjoy every bit of it.
