(750ml bottle) Pours a cloudy orange body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of yeast, coriander, cinnamon, and orange. Flavor of yeast, orange, ginger, grass, and coriander.

On tap on Place Lux, Brussels. Amber body with medium head. Sweet and fruity nose. Taste is malty, fruity, caramel. Quite nice. Much more balanced than I had thought. Enjoyable.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks to Pinball. Clear golden - white head. Roasted, soft body, fruity, orange, grassy, herbal, light yeasty, brown sugar, light oxidation.

cloudy orange, smooth white head. sweet fruity and malty aroma, yeasty, okay aroma. flavor is fruity, yeasty, caramelly, nice.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a hazy amber with a dense white head leaving laces. Sweetish brown sugar in the nose, a little oxidized fruitiness. Medium body, again the brown sugar dominates. A subtle, subtle hoppiness in the finish, with a discreetly tart edge. Pleasant and drinkable. 030711

Draft @ Festival brassicole de Tournai. Cuivre, mousse ocre. Arôme est de suite pris par cette note de citron venant du houblon cascade laissant une touche fruitée, épicée et fleuri ainsi que de levure; En bouche, je retrouve là une bière d’influence belge mais qui mélange parfaitement cet aspect du houblon américain et qui donne en bouche une note de citron et d’épice qui rappelle le gingembre avec en retrait un malt/caramel léger et sucré. Finalement et au fur et à mesure de la dégustation, je commence à percevoir un goût qui me rappelle une bière d’abbaye. Il me fut donc confirmé par le brasseur que la brasserie utilise la levure d’Orval.

Draught at ZBF 2011. Hazy orange coloured with a small off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma of caramel and eucalyptus. Fruity flavour of carmel, grass and hops with notes of dried fruits. Fruity and hoppy finish.
