bottle from beer planet. clear dark golden, smooth white head. aroma is sweet flowery, like honey, malts. flavor is sweet flowery, bitter flowery, slightly malty, bitter german style hopping. Quite dry and crisp for a belgian, yet quite sweet flowery too. Quite quenchable. not much belgian yeast flavor in this one.

(33cl bottle thanks to bu11zeye bb 1/13) clear light gold, fine white bubbles. Nose of hairspray, funky, old spoiled fruit, just kinda smells gross. Taste is very papery, salty, oyster, briney, and stale fruit with some grain mixed in. Not good. Well carbonated, metallic saccharin finish.

CaptainCougar (6857) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - APR 24, 2010
Bottle sampled at Papsø’s on 8/30/09: Pours a hazy pale golden with a large pillowy froth of white head. Has a sweet biscuity malty nose with a touch of floral spices and earthy hops. Starts with a soft pale malty sweetness giving way to a drier earthy bitter finish. Fairly bland for the style and uninteresting, but drinkable nonetheless.

Clear light yellow coloured beer with a lot of carbonation and a huge white head. Light herby coriander sweet touched aroma. Full palate. Finish is light hoppy and herby. Not bad but misses some character.

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt and spices. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of citrus and spices, leading to a dry spicy finish. Thanks KimJohansen for sharing.
