UPDATED: JUN 24, 2005 2001 vintage brewed apparently for De Trembleur et Fils - dark orange colour with a big foamy head, nice lace, fruity (pear and apple) and honey aroma with a spicy note, full-bodied, bitter, some sourness, a little bit bubblegum-like, long spicy and ginger bread aftertaste

Orange color, chunks of yeast. Honey and apple aroma and flavor. Yeasty and alcoholic. Some hopbitterness. Rather nasty apple, glue and bubblegum aftertaste.

Spicy, dry, hoppy and malty. Very good body. Similar to a tripel. Very nice beer.

Blond, slightly cloudy beer wtih a small head. Spicy and hoppy aroma. Spicy, yeasty and chalky taste. A light bitter finish. An ok beer.
