COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
De ce travail d’équipe résulte une bière blonde désaltérante et délicate. http://www.distilleriedebiercee.be/gamme/biere-villee/ La Villée was created from a close collaboration between the Biercée Distillery and the Silly Brewery, which both produce high-quality Belgian products. The result of this team work is a thirst-quenching and delicate lager.

Hazy yellow colour. Some white foam. There are a lot of particles moving in this ’beer’. This is more radler than witbier. Very sweet sugary citrus taste. No taste of malt or hops.

Aroma : Citrus nose, sweet like a lemon desert. fresh, a bit of licor smell. Appearance : Cloudy yellowish body, white foamy head, somehow consistent. Taste : Heavy cloying limon sweetness, lightly bitter. Enjoyable, but to a point. Palate : Creamy-slik texture, average carbonation, medium finish. Overal : Easy to enjoy in the sun, a bit too sweet, but coming from a licor "Eau de Villée" it is a better fruit beer than many others, the limon taste make part of the beer, not like it’s added at the end. I wish they made this a 25cl, (they sell degustation pack with 33cl bottles and 25 glasses) because 33cl is too difficult to finish.

Small white head. No lacing. Lemon aroma and lime juice. Taste is somewhat similar. Like a lemonade. Some malt in there. A little sweet with a nice tartness. Not too bad.

330ml Bottle - Hazy golden with a foamy white head. Lemon, spice and soap feature in the aroma. Interesting, yet fairly refreshing taste with notes of lemon meringue standing out, along with some spicy hints.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Very lemony aroma - as in Radler. Medium body, sweet, spicy and perfumy, slightly spicy and estery. Again loads of lemon notes. Odd for a Wit. 040112
