Una grata sorpresa encontrar esta cerveza cerca de mi trabajo, un sabor pleno que te invita a tomar otra acto seguido. Me pide combinar con ahumados.

330ml bottle. Some weird aromas, malry and caramel ones. Pours amber, quite clear, with tiny white head, poor lacing. Light to medium body, avergae carbonation, some thin texture. Taste is caramel, some fruity, a bit watery. Lacks some more body and flavours.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Refreshing amber ale with malt aromas and little hop ones. It is quite good compensated in sweetness as well as bitterness. Easy to drink but doesn´t mean that has poor body. It suggests to have something to eat when you drink it!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tried in their Tap Room at Las Rozas, Madrid. This is really an original Spanish new Craft beer. Thought to be consumed with Pata Negra Ham, colour and taste are new here and palate is perfect for eating with it. I like it.

realmente una cerveza muy bien hecha, muy correcta y balanceada. Seguramente no será la mejor de su categoria pero me podria beber unos cuantos litros.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
33cl bottle from Cervezorama, Madrid. Pours almost clear amber with a small off-white head. Lightly malty and fruity aroma with caramel and hints of hops. Medium to lightly sweet with malt and caramel and a fairly dry and lightly bitter finish. Light to medium body with average carbonation. A bit weak in flavour, but fairly decent, but I think the artwork on the label is nicer than the content of the bottle.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
On bottle from Cervezorama, Madrid.
Golden color, good foam.
Some fruitiness in aroma, also wheat and malt aromas- light notes of dried fruits.
Light body & complexity. Medium/low carbonation.
Good bitterness, light salty.
Pretty ok beer- does match quite well with the ham I brought from Madrid

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JUN 24, 2013 A very drinkable and not-boring amber. It fits well with its name and does compliment jamon well, pairing well with the salt. This is more of a food beer, with not a whole lot of bitterness or sweetness on its own. Taste is mellow but not dull. Hops are present but far from overpowering. Like the Madrid Lager from the same brewery, this is a very well-made beer that should have broad appeal in and outside the beersnob world. (Update): Bottles can be inconsistent with some coming across quite light and almost soured in taste.
