Una grata sorpresa encontrar esta cerveza cerca de mi trabajo, un sabor pleno que te invita a tomar otra acto seguido. Me pide combinar con ahumados.

Drank from a bottle. Quite ok. There isn’t that much taste but for that reason it works nicely with food.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap at La Buena Pinta, Madrid. Aroma: fresh, fruity, citrusy. Taste: again fruity, citrusy, drnkable, light. Beautiful head. Not too bad for amber ale (not my favorite style).

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Golden colour, small head that vanishes too soon, no lace. Smell is salty, smoked, maybe some hints of fruits and caramel. Light body, correct carbonation and watery palate. Thin palate. Taste has some hints of caramel and fruits too. I guess if you try hard (and knowing what it is about) you can say it pairs with spanish jam, I’ ve tasted it on its own and I can’t find nothing special, being the second time I’ve tried it.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
The Spanish have taken their passion for jamon to a new level, designing and naming a beer to complement a serving of Iberian ham. I've sampled this with and without the ham accompaniment, and this beer successfully stands alone and pairs well as recommended. From the bottle, this amber ale pours a light brown amber-accented color, not the most interesting but average. Smell is on the weaker side but is malty with caramel notes. The flavor is what struck me as most impressive, a rich warm toasty caramel maltiness that is exceedingly sabroso, very straightforward and not complex but enjoyable as it is. Some hoppy bitterness in the finish. Light bodied, but not watery or weak. Good subtle carbonation. Not a sophisticated brew but well done.

1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
330ml bottle. Some weird aromas, malry and caramel ones. Pours amber, quite clear, with tiny white head, poor lacing. Light to medium body, avergae carbonation, some thin texture. Taste is caramel, some fruity, a bit watery. Lacks some more body and flavours.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Refreshing amber ale with malt aromas and little hop ones. It is quite good compensated in sweetness as well as bitterness. Easy to drink but doesn´t mean that has poor body. It suggests to have something to eat when you drink it!

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Tried in their Tap Room at Las Rozas, Madrid. This is really an original Spanish new Craft beer. Thought to be consumed with Pata Negra Ham, colour and taste are new here and palate is perfect for eating with it. I like it.
