Goldorak (427), Montreal, Quebec, Canada Jul 4, 2006 Cloudy and peachy, with a really thick meringue of fluffy mousse that held off for most of the way down the pint.
Intersting mix of hops in the aroma, probably Goldings and maybe some Hallertauer mixed in there as well.
Creamy, yet well carbonated, interesting biscuit maltyness. Just a tiny bit of hops in the tail end. They really didn’t put a lot of bittering hops in this one, but plenty of aromatics, leaving the malt to take center stage. A good, easy drinking session ale. Rastacouere (5409), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Dec 28, 2004 Clear and amber body. Light white head. Soft malty aroma is mostly earthy. Slightly sulfury background matches the hard to describe maltiness which feels english and earthy. Evolves into a foresty bitterness, spicy peppery/salty light finish, drying out accross the bottom of the tongue. Moderately high carbonation, light-medium body. Well balanced.
