Misty golden coloured body and medium off white head. Citrus aroma dominates, but also carries a mild bread and pilsner malts. Wheat shines and that’s a nifty achievement. Quite mild though. Taste is also more about being sessionable. Moderate carbonation helps here. Light sweetness and almost no bitterness. Easy to drink, accessible and well made, but really not very exciting and also not quite my kind of brew. (75cl bottle from Au Nom De La Bière)

Bottle. Hazy pale yellow with a thick white head. Aroma is wheat and fruit esters, mostly banana. Taste is light sweet. Light body, watery/oily texture, lively carbonation. Light dry finish. Refreshing and easy to drink, but not that interesting.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of wheat, lemons, straw, and coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of cloves, straw, wheat, coriander, and barley, leading to a dry wheaty finish.
