This standard Cream Ale offers subtle honeyed maltiness hugging an earthy, leafy hop crescendo for a balanced but maybe forgettable session ale.
Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam covers the clear pale amber.
-The hops mostly flourish in the finish.
-The dextrins are mild and levelled.
-The entire flavor profile is very delicate and straightforward. Few ingredients must come into play here and simple ones at that.

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 4, 2006 Rusty nail copper, with a full inch of compact, stout-like head.
Borderline skunky hop profile, but not in a lightstruck kind of way, more like some really dank weed. It had sort of a smokey, café au lait quality to it as well.
Lightly carbonated with plenty of malt, without being very heavy, plenty of grain in the aftertaste, this was fine but would have been killer on cask.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Aug 24, 2005 A hazy orange beer with a small dense off-white nitro-head. The aroma is sweet malty and fruity - especially oranges coming thru, but the aroma is very light. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of oranges and a dry hoppy end. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jul 17, 2005 Clean citrus-grapefruit hops underlying grainy malts. Clear copper coloured body with generous and dense, lasting, white (nitro) head that laces nicely. Grainy malts and herbal, grassy, citrus hops with some grapiness in the flavour. Fairly prickling, assertive carbonation with medium body. Sampled at the brewpub with Oakes, Rastacouere and Ungstrup. Rastacouere (5553), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 28, 2004 Huge white head is very sticky and covers completely the clear amber body. Nose is grainy and hoppy, rather oily, nutty and soapy, not unlike a youngs london special with less orange. Taste is quite light though, nutty and earthy with grassy suggestions. Slightly creamy texture, moreso oily, fitting light body. Interesting for what it is.
