Présence d’un moyen col mousseux et d’une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût de caramel avec une pointe d’houblons. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture huileuse. Faible effervescence en bouche. Légère présence de caramel en arrière goût. (Rating #2010)

My Bottom Line:
Caramelized cereals and accompanying roastiness develop timid fruitiness until a hint of grassy hop bitterness seals this amenable Scottish-style Ale.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A ring of foam circles the clear copper.
-The mouthfeel is svelte and smooth, a fine feature of this quenching malt-driven brew.
-As in all Voie Maltée beers, the flavors are well-structured and extremely clean.
-The malts could be better developed in the flavor profile to suit my tastes in the style. As is, they are quite straightforward.
-The green hop bitterness builds with every sip.
