A deep dark stout with a thick brown head. In aroma, a weird grassy bitter chocolate malt with wet dough and alcohol. In mouth, a sweetish chocolate malt with weird grassy notes, fusel alcohol, burned wood, a tad unpleasant. On tap at Bieres et Saveurs, Sept. 3 2012.

On tap at Festibière de Québec. Reddish black with a short-lasting beige head. Smells like roast and chocolate. Tastes unexpectedly fruity, sweet, chocolatey. Finish is lightly boozey, touch of dark chocolate bitterness and some roast and smoke. Medium bodied. Very interesting, would have it again anytime.
