A hazed blonde weizen with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity banana malt with cloves, smooth cotton candy, nice. In mouth , a nice fruity banana malt with cloves, light and refreshing, creamy, well done. On tap at Québec City location.

On tap @ La Voie Maltée (Québec). Slightly hazy yellow with a small white head and little to no lacing. Aroma is mild with bananas, light citrus and slight hoppy notes. Taste is also very mild with less banana than aroma and a little more citrus. Light acidic presence. Light/weak body. Watery. Soft carbonation. It’s easily drinkable and there’s nothing "off", but like the other beers from their "Kuvée Maison" series the body is too weak/watery.

Eructoblaster (3120) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 15, 2013
On tap at the Chicoutimi brewpub. Hazy blond body with a thin white creamy head. Fresh but thin malty aroma with some citrusy hints. Good malty/hoppy taste with yeasty, grainy, and coriander notes. Ends with a decent bittersweet finish. Not bad.

En fût au brouepub de Québec. Couleur paille claire, mousse blanche. Arôme de banane, médicament aux bananes, girofle léger. Goût de médicament au bananes très présent, légère acidité apportée par le blé. Carbonation moyenne, corps moyen.

On tap at brewpub. An opaque whitish with a short lasting white head. Flavor is lemoney, oranges, bananas, mango...basically, a tropical fruit deluge. Fine bitterness, well balanced. Medium to strong body, soft mouthfeel. The highlight of my tasting session at La Voie Maltée.

Small head, not holding, no lacing. Taste is very yeasty with a lot of banana. Notes of oranges. finish is malty with butter biscuit, caramel and toffee notes. Very well balanced between yeast and malt flavors. Body is light / medium and texture is watery. Acceptable hefeweisen.

Metalchopz (2407) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 10, 2011
Originally rated October 2006. Sampled at the pub itself, in Jonquière, Quebec. This one was very close to being the Muse witbier they brew, but had slight changes. The nose was sour, and the taste was actually quite smokey, which made this beer really interesting and better than they other.
