Pours a light golden with a thin white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma is grapefruity, fruity. Taste is mediumly bitter with a light malty background. Clean bitterness. Flavors of grapefruit rind with a light soap presence. Carb level is medium-high and it is good that way. Tasty!

On tap. Clear golden pour frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, some onion aromas, wet grass, pepper, weed. The onion is not too present but does ruin the aroma a bit, not too great. Taste is fairly hoppy, pretty dry for a quebec IPA, very bitter, lacks aromatic and flavor hopping. Palate is dry, carbonation medium. Not bad

(hiver 2006-07)
