33 cl bottle, ’bbe’ Feb 08. Brassy colour, light cloudy. Fine carbonation, dissipating head. Malty nose with a touch of herbs - juniper berries? Some artificial sweetness develops later. Sweet, candy-like taste with a finish which is a strange combination of herbs, yeast and bubblegum. Soapy mouthfeel.

Bottle conditioned, 330ml. Gold colour with white head. Heavy spicy aroma leading to a big flavoured beer, not sure wether it was due to the description but I was sure there was a juniper berry flavour. Strong alcohol notes and high natural carbonation, certainly an interesting beer.

Light clouded amber appearance. It has a spicy orange with yeasty overtones on the nose. It is relatively dry and light on the palate with lots of orange and coriander and a grassy, herby sweetness across the tongue.

Bottled. Sampled at Delirium Café, Göteborg. Golden colour. Brief head. Fresh aroma with juniper notes and an alco touch. A very fresh flavour profile with juniper notes. Dry all along. Big on CO2.

Bottled. Hazy, dark golden colour, with big foamy white head. Promising, almost witbier-like sweet, yeasty aroma, with hints of citrus and hops. Flavor is not quite on par with aroma, but nontheless quite pleasing, with warming alcohol nicely combined with a yeasty, fruity sweetness. Perhaps some faint, barely noticable hints of juniper. Aftertaste is somewhat bitter. And yes, it does make you burp a lot.

Yellow haze colored with a minimal head. The smell is wheat beer, yeast, hops, citrus, clover smell. A sharp, bitterish taste with an unidentifiable bit. Lingers sweet on the tongue.

Nice yellow-golden beer with a good carbonation and with a fluffy bubbly white head. The smell is very present ans citrussy, it hides some sweet flowers in the aroma and has hints of wet birchwood. The taste is medium to full, has a fine seletion of pils-malts and some smooth touches of "confit de citron". There are also fine touches genever berry, hints of sage and laurell leaf, and the juse of fresh birchwood. The afthertaste is faint sweet to dry. The smooth well carbonated beer turns into a dry refreshing bitterness of hops, mint and some citrus on the tip of your tougue.
