Bright yellow, rich head vanishes quickly. Sweet aroma, maybe some fruit, can’t put my finger on it... Flavor is very sweet and smooth. Very easy to drink, maybe even too easy. No finish to speak of.

Bottle, 33 cl. (Yesterday @ home, bought by Pauwels) Light hazy dark golden color, iwth white head. Aroma spices, malts and yeast. Medium Body. Taste sweet, bit coriander, yeast, spicy, an ’jenever’ alcoholic touch. Not my favorite.

33 cl bottle, ’bbe’ Feb 08. Brassy colour, light cloudy. Fine carbonation, dissipating head. Malty nose with a touch of herbs - juniper berries? Some artificial sweetness develops later. Sweet, candy-like taste with a finish which is a strange combination of herbs, yeast and bubblegum. Soapy mouthfeel.

Bottle conditioned, 330ml. Gold colour with white head. Heavy spicy aroma leading to a big flavoured beer, not sure wether it was due to the description but I was sure there was a juniper berry flavour. Strong alcohol notes and high natural carbonation, certainly an interesting beer.

Light clouded amber appearance. It has a spicy orange with yeasty overtones on the nose. It is relatively dry and light on the palate with lots of orange and coriander and a grassy, herby sweetness across the tongue.

Dark yellow color, cloudy appearance. Big firm and lasting white head. Spicy, fruity, mild alcohol in aroma. Medium to full bodied. Sweetness, spices, hints of metal in flavor, dry aftertaste with some hops and lasting medium alcohol.

Bottled. Sampled at Delirium Café, Göteborg. Golden colour. Brief head. Fresh aroma with juniper notes and an alco touch. A very fresh flavour profile with juniper notes. Dry all along. Big on CO2.

Bottled. Hazy, dark golden colour, with big foamy white head. Promising, almost witbier-like sweet, yeasty aroma, with hints of citrus and hops. Flavor is not quite on par with aroma, but nontheless quite pleasing, with warming alcohol nicely combined with a yeasty, fruity sweetness. Perhaps some faint, barely noticable hints of juniper. Aftertaste is somewhat bitter. And yes, it does make you burp a lot.
