Slightly stronger in ABV% and also darker in colour than most weizen; big, and lasting, white head. Yeast sediment with big particles in the bottle. Smells of bread and banana, with a slightly citric touch. Crisp yet rich with malt, it gradually gets bitter and tarty in the finish. Slightly bitter almond (er... almond?) aftertaste. Body is medium. Easily drinkable, fresh and full of taste, this is my definition of a good weizen. Nice job.

Unclear hazy medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate yeasty, fruiy, banana, butter, rubber notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100305]

Bottiglia senza dubbio guasta: 0 schiuma, diacetile (!), pressoché imbevibile; peccato, perché vedo dei buoni voti, prometto che appena riesco la riproverò magari non in bottiglia. Comprata all’Auchan di Mazzano (BS)

bottle - Pours hazy, light orange with a frothy head that dieappeared after about a minute. Very lively. Fruity nose of citrus and sour apple with little malt. The taste is a bit too sour for my taste with a flavor of honey, apple, and grapefruit and very little yeast or malt. A very unconvincing Weizen, pity as I really wanted to like this beer. I haven’t given up I may re-rate after trying it on tap.

Colore arancio,aspetto velato con schiuma compatta di media persistenza.Aroma di agrumi e banana.Gusto speziato,maltato e ancora di banana.Finale dolce. Discreta.

Decidedly clearly and hazy orange color with light fizzy aspect. Compact head of medium duration. Acidulous aroma of lemon with notes of dampen cereals and straw. Much "young" and sour taste. Sweetish final with yeast and malty notes.

Drink in Milan @ lifegate cafè. Amber color,dark jellow in the low part of the glass, white foam. Banana in aroma. This beer remember the weltenburger waizen...

Cloudy amber color. Strong malt and banana aroma. Smooth, malty, spicy; good structure; banana again. Ordinary finish.
