This isn’t so good. The aroma starts good and has a sweet candly like scent with strawberries. it is downhill from there. Cloudy gold and well carbonated, and it looks good, smells good, so I am expecting a good flavor but it is not to be found in this beer. Sadly the flavor is only alcohol and cough syrup.

Bottle. Clear golden color, thick beige ice cream cone head, delicate lacing. Nice aroma of freshly picked strawberries and cream. Taste is rhubarb! hay and strawberries. Hi carbonation.

Tastes and smells artificial. Not my cup of tea. Not even among fruit beers.

I was blown away as I drank this beer. Although the rating is 3.2 the beer was really nice in its category. There is just right amount of strawberry flavour to be recognised and still the base beer flavoutr come through. Althoug it was balanced as itself, I just don’t like fruit beers.

This is a typical beer that my girl loves and I don"t find too interesting. Colour is orange with a pinkish head on top. Aroma has strawberries, with pils hints also. Flavour has chemical bubblegum with the strawberries, but I can not imagine many strawberries were used while brewing this beer. Beer for the ladies.

Es riecht zwar nach Erdbeeren, jedoch so modrig und chemnisch, dass es untrinkbar wirkt. Das Erdbeer-Aroma ist auch nur kurz merkbar, danach prikelt das Bier im Mund los und lässt nur einen säuerlich-bitteren Geschmack zurück, der den Abgang beherrscht. Dieses Bier zielt durch seine Aufmachung auf Touristen, wirklich etwas bieten kann es nicht. Sehr enttäuschend. Test vom 10.12.2005, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,4,3,3,13,4 - 4,55

Somewhat golden/orange look with medium head. Aroma of strawberry bubble gum. Taste of pilsener mixed with a soapy synthetic strawberry taste.

Amber orange coloured beer with an ok head. Smell is strawberry, sweet, malts. Taste is sweetened malts and strawberry. Not my thing.

33cl bottle. Finally a decent strawberry beer that beats the nasty Abita experience. This one carries the name of the Belgian town famous for its strawberries. pours golden with a light haze, white head. aroma has definitely a whole lot of strawberries without being overdone. Some notes of grass and herbal also to be noted. flavors, nice and subtle use of strawberry, bottle indicates authentic aroma which considering how versatile strawberries can be, makes sense. The palate is not too sweet and keeps a nice strawberry mouthfeel that is as close as strawberrries one could pick in his yard, leaving a nice soil and fruity mouthfeel. Tasty and refreshing.

Pours a reddish color. Aromas of berries and wheat bread. Flavor of light berries and a sweetness. Medium body with a berry aftertaste.

33 cL bottle, slow gusher. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is distinct strawberry fruity, light sweet impression. Phenolic, strawberry fruity and subdued sweet flavoured. Dry and phenolic finish, rather abrupt finish to the strawberry flavours.
