3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Aroma brings nuts, caramel and coffee to the nose. Appearance brings a deep brown with a decent lacing. Taste is smooth and creamy texture with slightly bitter hops and a nutty, caramel finish. Overall, its a tiny bit watered down. Nevertheless, It’s an average porter with nice coffee flavors. B- rating.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours almost black in color with a khaki head. Nose is actually pretty good. Tons of coffee, some roasted malt, and mild chocolate. A hint of sweetness, too. Flavor is a real letdown. Very watery, roasted malt, dark chocolate, and a decent amount of coffee. The flavors aren't bad, but the beer is just too watery.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Dark brown pour at the brewpub. Tan head. All coffee and roast in the nose and the flavor. Very straight forward and by FAR their best beer.

On tap at the source. Pours with a hazy brown body (looks like they miss scaled their SRM a little bit) with a minimal off-white head. Aromas are strongly of coffee, vanilla, toffee, earthy. Regular American/Starbucks -esque roast, nothing too exotic but good none the less). Flavors are of your regular roasted American Coffee. Maybe a touch less bitter. Lightly bready. Medium bodied, lighter bubbles. A bit of a one note, but tasty.
