1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 3/20 DeanF (1489) - Iqaluit, Nunavut, CANADA - FEB 24, 2012
Found at an Iqaluit supermarket - possibly the only time such a thing would happen! Has a very light seven-up yellow body with heavy carbonation and very little head. Aroma is bad lager instead of bready non-alc, so it gets a point for that. Flavour is light water with a hint of bread and sourness, overpowered by heavy carbonation. This isn’t the worst non-alc I’ve tried - that’s about all I can say that’s positive about it.

341mL bottle from a Forwell’s Variety store. Pours a clear yellow with a white surface film. Aroma is actually not revolting, reminds me of how boiling wort smells, that nice sweet barley aroma. Flavour is identical, finishing quickly and fizzling out like Perrier. Not overly sweet like most low alcohol beers are. This is actually drinkable, though it doesn’t hold a candle to Labatt Nordic.

UPDATED: OCT 31, 2011 340ml returnable twist-off. It was not called this rather "Labatt Blue Non Alcoholic Malt Beverage"
No smell.
The flavor has a slight bit of hops, malt, and metal coin.
It is better than soda at least.

I got this six pack for my dad the alcohol is messing with his meds. so he got a five pack of beer. Pours pale yellow with lively carbonation and an nice amount of puffy white head. Smells a bit malty and also grassy. Watered down but a bit sweet in the mouth but as far as N/A’s go it is better than I expected.

Lots of disagree from me. Aroma is sweet and slightly malt (no cardboard?) and was fairly light. Average yellow amber in color. Agree with a bit of a corn or corn bran taste, but far less offensive than so many of the other non’s I’ve had the misfortune of trying. All in all...one of the better de-alcoholized beers I’ve had.

Pale golden pour. Slightly worty aroma. A little bit of industrial graininess and a whiff of light hoppiness. Lightly earthy. Not as bad as it could have been.

Hope this is the right spot, my bottle says labatt blue non-alcoholic malt bevereage. Clean and rather fresh fake beer fun. Right out of bottle is sizzly and sodalike. No hint of cardboard so common in other fake beers. From previous ratings, luckey I didn’t smell it too much, heheh. Woooo, I think I’m catchen a buzz! Only thing lacking is an alky burn. I think this is one of the more enjoyable NA beers I drank. Goes to show, what I know about rating beer.

341 ML Bottle in Afghanistan. Aroma is of malt and cardboard very weak. Clear yellow color with a nice white head that runs away quickly. Taste is of sweet cardboard and corn. Not a terrible NA but nothing to write home about either. If you don’t think of it as beer then it could be a tasty beverage. But as beer it was not good.
