Commercial Description:
Labatt Bleue Dry, the second addition to the Bleue family, is brewed with the same care and attention to detail as Labatt Bleue. Labatt Bleue Dry is mashed longer than regular beers to leave less carbohydrate (sugar) in the finished beer, giving a clean, crisp finish. Using select aromatic hops and a blend of the finest quality North American barley malts, this lager is clean-flavoured with no aftertaste.

Golden yellow colour with a little white head that goes into a faint lace around the edge of the glass. Aroma is sweet and grassy. The flavour is sweet and grassy as well. Sugar water palate.

12oz - Purchased at gas station after a Habs game. I liiked it more than the straight up Blue, and if it was a higher percent I didn’t notice. Good, fresh beer with more intrigue than most American macrobrews.

Bottle: Poured a golden yellow color lager with a small bubbly white head with no retention. Aroma of adjunct is quite powerful and repulsing. Taste is sweet with some foul adjunct and corn traces. Worse then I had imagined and way worse then the regular Blue.

Yellow body with a tiny white head. Alcoholic grainy high gravity brew smell. Sweet dilute grain flavour, light alcohol and dilute grains. Average to thin palate. Poor.

Thanks Len Senior! Pours golden yellow with a blast of short lived white froth. End result is a thin layer of foam and a fine ring around the collar. Aromas are canned cream corn, lettuce, the vegetable isle at Loblaws, old fading hops. Tastes sweet and distantly hoppy, stale corn and paper as well. Not my cup of..........well.........beer. Finishes watery with lots of booze. Wow, what a shame its brewed a block from my house and I can’t get it.
