COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crisp, clean and delicately balanced in its flavour delivery. A hint of aromatic hop with slight sweetness and fruity character.

12-oz can at Ronnee’s. Enjoyed in the pool with Ronnee, Erica, Katie and Ronnee’s fam. Pale yellow color and negligible aroma. Nothing on the palate to speak of, and the beer is quite watery, but not at all offensive and actually pretty crisp and refreshing. Somewhat tasty. Always brings back fond memories of trips to Ronnee’s.

Bottle, cans and on tap throughout my life. Not a bad beer. Good to drink after hockey.

340mL twist-off bottle. Clear yellow color. Aroma of corn. Flavor of metal and corn.

Reviewed from notes. Poured into a pint glass. The color is a pretty light golden color. A good dose of carbonation bubbles and a semi-decent white head. The nose is a bit grainy without much there. Nothing horrifically off-putting, though there is a bit of a metallic astringency, which starts to come out more in the flavor and especially the feel. Not a good beer and I would not recommend this. Not totally offensive. Pours a straw yellow with a big head, which quickly disappears into nothing. Smells like vegetables. Lively carbonation. Tastes like every other light lager I have ever tried - lifeless and dull. I suppose if I were in the Caribbean on the beach, I would drink a few of these... but not many other scenarios come into mind where this would be a legit choice. Slightly over priced for what it is. This beer was leftover from a arty at my house, I would never waste my money on this crap.

Just like canadian snowmelt. Oh wait maybe that’s what it was. I can drink a hundred of these and not be drunk so I guess that’s something. Of course it tastes like crud so..

This beer sucks. I prefer Miller Lite over Labatt Light. It’s really not even worth the time it takes to rate it and I feel ashamed for having spent the last 30 seconds doing so.

UPDATED: APR 12, 2012 Aroma is of sweet corn. Taste is the typical cheap pale lager. Overall I would say it’s one of the better light beers.

When I am late home, getting up early tomorrow, and want something light, this actually fills the bill well enough. Simple, and from the wrong side of good, but stands well with its contemporaries.
