COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crisp, clean and delicately balanced in its flavour delivery. A hint of aromatic hop with slight sweetness and fruity character.

If there was one thing I've always hated, it's light beer. But I tried this, and I actually liked it. Leave it to Labatt's to make a great tasting light beer!

Rating #666:
Clear pale light golden colour with a very thin white head. Almost no aroma but a slight metal and stale malt scent is present. Light-bodied; Almost no taste as well, but a faint sweetness and metallic twang are noticed before it turns to water. Aftertate, WHAT Aftertaste? Overall, good to drink if you are stupid, have no class, are poor, like water, don't have a brain or if you don't like beer! I was following Daniwerks' lead rating a piece of trash for #666, and while being up at college in Rochester, New York and seeing people drink this...I have to rate it at least once before I leave. I found this by the side of the road and sampled it on 2-October-2003.

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2008 [can] Slight corn aroma. Very thin head with many bubbles. Light golden color. Semi-sweet taste. Feels good going down, easy to drink with very little aftertaste. The stereotypical light beer. Very good for drinking lots of, say at college.

Corn aroma. Anemic head. Nice golden colour with pretty little bubbles. Little flavour with slight sweetness followed by slight bitterness. Watery and very thin. What light beer is all about.

Probably my bet for best light beer. Tastes like the Blue pretty much. OK but I would never buy it for myself, maybe for my wife.

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2011 Exactly the same as every other macro/light/insert cheap word here but for some reason my favorite. If I’m going to swill back a bunch of cheap light beer my choice is always Blue Light. Simply put, its the best of the worst.

A better than average light beer with some punch. OK aftertaste. Definitely the light beer I drink when I am trying to cut down on my carbs.

Yuck. I don't mind the regular blue that much but this is much too watery for my tastes. Really reminds me of an alcoholic O'Douls. I'd actually prefer the O'Douls though.
