Standard macro brew with a huge water aftertaste. Not my favorite to start with but it seems that this one if the regular Blue diluted with water. Try this from a can in a christmas party and letís just say that next year Iíll make sure to bring my own brew.

"iíll enjoy a blue, but this one does not keep itís virtues. itís weak and unnecesary. not one of the better light beers, and none of them are that good."

Not much flavor but can you really expect that in a light beer? Iíd say not. It is refreshing, true to itís genre, i.e.,light, and alltogether a pleasant beer. Nice after a long run when you donít want to undo all your hard earned work.

24 ounce can from a random grocery store, opened 7/31/14. Pours a clear pale golden color with a thin fizzy off-white head. Fair head retention. Aroma of corn, grain, hints of grassy hops. The taste is grassy hops, corn, cardboard. Thin bodied, watery, pretty generic.

12oz pour, pint glass. Clear amber colour. Light sweet malt aroma. Very little taste, crisp, refreshing. What you would expect from a light macro, nothing wrong with that.

Bottle from Strathroy Alehouse August 2013. Pale amber colour and very clear with a puff of white foam. Nothing here to excite the senses.

2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Type: 12-oz. bottle
Glass: Boulevard Ales pint glass
From: My brother
Consumed: July 26, 2014
Poured a pale, clear color with two fingers of bubbly white head. Lots of bubbles coming up from the bottom. Minimal spots of lacing on the sides of the glass. Average-to-below average retention on the top all the way down.
Smelled corn, skunky malts, pilsner notes, honey, grass and cereal.
Tasted similar to the nose. Got honey, corn malts, sourdough bread, grass, cereal, light banana and faint Circus Peanuts.
Light body. Thin texture. Average carbonation. Abrupt, somewhat skunky finish. Somewhat refreshing.
Not a bad American Adjunct Lager, but not great.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is mostly grains, taste is light bitter and follows suit. Light bodied with a thin and watery texture. Fizzy carbonation and not much of a finish. Meh, not the worst beer Iíve had.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Pours a light yellow color. Hardly any flavor. Very watered down and little corn malt flavor. An easy drinking beer that is decent for a light beer but lacks any character.
