Honestly, it’s not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I did pick up a hint of hop and touch of malt. Not to mention that the harsh graininess which typifies Blue is tempered by the increased water content. In short, if you’re into the light beer thing, this is one of the better mass-produced ones on the market.

Can at Chris o New Year tasting 08/09. Very weak gold colour, thin white head. Odd malt aroma, sweaty cardboard also. It doesn’t taste of anything, some lemon on finish. OK.

Bottle, pasteurised. Nice label. Pale gold, heavily carbonised, short head. Thin sharp tinny corn flavour with cardboardy, wet fart CO2 notes. Utterly disgusting. There I’ve done that one now, thanks Andy mate!!.

A Mes rate. Bottle at Chris O’s pre NYE tasting. Pale gold with a reasonable white head. Pukey malt, lots of corn. If this is your favourite drink, you should probably seek help. Go see a beer doctor or something...
