I swear this is the same as Labatt Blue. Pale golden colour, white head. Pale malt aroma, slightly flowery with a very watery mouthfeel. Some faint fruity aroma comes out and a faint peppery finish.

Somewhat malty aroma. Straw colour with some fizzy white head. Taste is minimal grain, thin mouthfeel and dry. Not the worst macro. Can drink a little bit.

12oz bottle via trade with BeerMountie! - Thanks Tony! - Pours pale golden with a fair white head that stays well and laces some. Aromas of light hops, grain, and maybe a touch of corn. Flavor is grainy, watered down, some metallic flavor as well. Didn’t seem much different than any of the U.S. Macros to me. Not very good at all

UPDATED: OCT 13, 2007 Well, an easy drinking beer, but a zero in the real beers category. Tinny, thin bodied and a tad bit skunky/skanky.

Bottle - courtesy of jerc. Pale yellow with a quick fizzy head. Thin, sweet aroma. Thin body. Not much flavour - bubbly water with some bland beer flavouring. Boring.

gift from a friend, apparantly the beer of newfoundland. I say thisis Labatt Blue under a different name, also i found it funny the bottle mentions NOTHING of Labatt, and claims its brewed by Blue Star Brewing.

Had this in St. Johns. Very clear watery color. This tasted like coors light without enough cold and a little extra funk.

This one poured a crystal clear yellow with a non existant head. To the nose it smelt like corn and mud. First taste was watery and slightly wine flavoured leaving that old boring corn behind. Typical Labbatt product. Garbage.
1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20 Oakes (10198) - Gibsons, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 3, 2003
Typical blond lager. Slight acidic note, hints of corn & grain. Thin body. Little, if any, malt & hop. I know they do this in the US, too, and it really pains me to see all of North America’s traditional regional beers turning into the same bland swill.
