Labatt Blue is much better than any Bud or Miller product. With that said it is a simple pale lager that is mostly hopped and malted water. Yellow and clear on the pour. Corn and hay on the nose. Mild bitter finish.

OLD NOTES SEP 21, 2004 Slight hint of sweet malt on the nose, not alot else. Pours a very pale, very clear, flat looking body with a head that vanishes without a trace. Really thin body, and I don’t tend to taste much. Either something has gone wrong here, or this stuff is like drinking water with a slight hint of malt. I really don’t know what to say, although apparently there’s alcohol in this odd looking water that poured out of the bottle.

Bottle. Typical macro pale lager. Really it is not as bad as some. Pale gold color. Decent head. Aroma weak and watery. Taste, corn slight sweet upfront taste.

Pours a very pale colour with light carbonation. Corn syrup smell with a slight hint of grains and hops. A very light tasting beer, with somewhat decent flavor, fairly sweet and lightly bitter. Overall its an easy to drink beer that’s refreshing, but nothing id go out of my way to buy, definitely not something i would drink if i wanted flavor.

$1.29 for the 709 mL can purchased from town yesterday morning. Consumed in a Starbucks bathroom. Had made my morning. To Starbucks espresso cup, it pours a yellowish hazy piss color; little trimmed whitish head. Experienced corn, spent grain, bread yeast, and croutons. The employees were not happy what I did in their restroom.

For a Canadian beer it is just OK. Would rather have a Molson or Moosehead.

Light straw flavor. A little more flavor and body than your average light draft, maybe not enough to matter though. Crisp and fairly enjoyable.

This beer is gross. It should not be consumed unless you are still in college and can’t afford anything else.

Appearance: pours a thick white head which recedes quickly with a little lacing. Color is pale straw with some streaming carbonation present. Aroma: fairly mild, a bit of bread dough and lightly toasted barley malt. Mouthfeel: light and crisp with a dry finish. Flavor: sweet barley malt, some fruit flavor and some grassy hops. Overall: a decent lager, I would have this again if the price is right.

Bottle (Old Notes)-Pours a clear golden with a decent white head. Aroma of corn, grains, and slight hops. Taste of grains and slight metallic. This light bodied brew is not bad.
