2.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a pale golden color with about an inch of white head that dissipates quickly with no lacing.
The smell is rather weak and kind of skunky.
The taste is mostly of light, watery malt with the skunkiness that was present in the smell.
This beer is very light on the tongue with light carbonation and goes down pretty smoothly.
This is a very thin and watery brew that is as basic as it gets. Thant being said, it’s not horrible as far as macros go.

I got this at Friar Tucks. Pours gold with a white head. Taste lightly sweet, grain, plain macro lager. I thought this was ok. I could drink this again.

For a light lager itís not bad. Tastes sort of clean and crisp. But perhaps Iím just partial.

A session beer that is your typical lager, very drinkable. Not bad for a macro brew.

Bottle. Itís a clear, golden colored beer topped by a minimal sized white head. Malty-sweet aroma with fruityness and a hint of hay. Itís thin to medium bodied and softly carbonated, with hints of bitterness. Pale malts, generic fruits and some hay in the flavor, with a touch of yellow apples in the rather short finish. Sort of quenching, but not very good this one. 150612

Big fuckin 24oz can (from the Jewel... after work... and I wanted something cold not made by Sam Adams or Miller). Okay, so many years ago, this was my favorite beer (besides Guinness) and I drank a shit ton of it (late 80s early-mid 90s, before craft beer developed into the adventure it is today). But there was no RateBeer back then and I havenít drank of these in decades (Molson Canadian became my favorite cheap hockey-watching beer of choice by 1996) so yeah. Iím rating it today for the first time. Most of the points are for appearance and body. It tastes like most other cheap adjunct-laden lagers and is fine if all you want is a watery beer to drink while watching a game or grilling. But nothing interesting or different than most ípale lagersí. Pale straw yellow, white head, decent retention, grainy, corny, goes down like a $5 hooker: quick and practical. Okay. I think the stout I put in the freezer to chill is ready, so Iíll do a real rating here shortly. Yay Canada.

clear pale golden with a small white head. faint corn-cereal notes. Fizzy; thin and watery with a overlight body, if at all. Example of yellow fizz.
