Preservative free, you can kind of taste that. If you can get over that initial slightly sour taste you can really enjoy it. My favourite by far.
1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 Spab (1114) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 15, 2011
341 ml bottle from Beer Store. Pours a clear light golden yellow with a white head that quickly disappears to virtually nothing. Aroma is stale grains and a little grass. Taste also has a certain staleness to it with grains and grass. As light a body as would be expected. Weak but there are a lot of worse macro lagers out there.

Bottle. This beer is actually pretty hard to get. Pours clear golden yellow with head that retains. Overall decent pale lager.
1.9 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 nefarious (220) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - DEC 15, 2008
Every time I go to Canada I make sure this is one of the brew I pick up. Its just a good macro lager. Nothing special aweful aroma and and almost completely clear with a strawn and cereal flavor. Goes down like water. MMMMMMMMMMMM

Pours a light golden yellow color. Aromas of a little skunk( nice hints of malt and grass. Flavor is an almost watered down version of its big brother, with some of the taste.

I don’t know if it’s the palate or the pride that makes me love this beer so much. Northern Ontario has much love for this beer and not too many others. I don’t know if it’s because I was raised on this stuff or it’s actually delicious... but i love it!
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20 hazer772 (18) - Hamilton, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 28, 2008
Very drinkable...seems to have some odd connection with the town of Brantford or anyone in the 519 area code....they seem to have a loyalty. Very watery.. not my thing
