robinvboyer (964), Sturgeon Falls, Ontario, Canada Jan 27, 2008 very sweet beer. i can actually taste the honey, and not much else. Quite passable, not very enjoyable. mabel (1246), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jan 5, 2008 [831-20071110] 341mL. Grainy sweet brewery floor aroma. Clear, light brown orange body with a quick off-white foamy head. Honey grains flavour is sweet but not sickly sweet. Medium body is grainy. Not repeatable. emobassfoo (178), Webster, New York, USA Oct 12, 2007 Rated while drinking: This is labeled as Labatt Honey Lager but I’m 100% sure this is the same beer on here. Didn’t bother pouring this in a glass because I had it earlier today and it looks identical to all the other Labatt beers in this variety pack: golden crystal with a white head. Sweet sweet malt on the nose, with maybe something skunky at the end too. Taste is sweetened Labatt Blue. Maybe it’s honey, maybe it’s not. Maybe it’s artificial, maybe it’s not. It’s OK altogether, but drinking these 4 different Labatts back to back kind of blurs them all together. Wonder why. matt7215 (499), Cambridge, Ontario, Canada Sep 17, 2007 341 ml bottle. terrible terrible stuff. and they charge that one extra dollar just to mess with ya. do not buy. chainman (96), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Apr 24, 2007 I’m surprised - Pours a pretty clear gold, medium head, some lacing. The aroma is corn and honey. The mouthfeel is smoother than expected, and I found myself *enjoying* this one a little bit. I’ve had worse (Lakeport). Ultimately, I will pay more for better. But if you’re going cheap, this one’s okay.
