pours yellow amber with a white head. but let’s be honest, you drink this straight out of the tallboy. more potent than others in its competition. buy it if you want to get drunk for cheap. myeh.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2008 12oz bottle. Had in Atlantic CIty. Dry taste, smooth going down, not really worth drinking considering its not that much more alc than Labatt Blue, but the taste is far less enjoyable. Molson XXX maybe a better choice for Canadian high gavity beers.

bottled. I expected this to be similar to natty ice...and Ive had both nattty light and labatt and preferr labatt obviously. So basic logic let me assume that labatt ice would be better than natty ice. Im not sure...though. Aroma is nothing. Taste is a bit dry but smooth. The taste of alcohol is more dominant in this than in a Mad Elf. Its better than natty ice though.

the first ice beer of all time, taste great, smooth for a ice beer, good aftertaste, good buzz, looks nice good head, bit pricey, but worth it!!!

This was about as good as an ice beer can get. I can only think of one reason to drink an ice beer and that is because you are looking to have a serious buzz. Compared to regular Labatt Blue I see no reason to drink the ICE version unless you are looking to get drunk.

Only slightly better then labatt blue. The taste of "ice" is smooth enough, but the aftertase is very biiter. It can give you whiplash. The most redeeming part of "ice" is that it has a higher then usual Alcohol conent and you don’t need to drink a lot of it to get drunk.

From a 1 pt. 8 fl oz (US) can. Poured yellow with just about no head. A kind of yeasty and skunky aroma. Good carbonation and medium mouth feel. But metallic. I managed to get through all of it but I wished I’d bought a smaller sample. Good for getting drunk on a hot, humid day.
